These Terms govern your use of the Site only. If you engage in clinical services with Ann (Ana) Zedginidze, LPCC, those services are governed by a separate informed consent and treatment agreement provided at the outset of the therapeutic relationship.
This Site provides general information about the psychotherapy and counseling practice of Ann (Ana) Zedginidze, LPCC, including descriptions of services offered, professional background, and the ability to schedule a free consultation call through a third-party scheduling platform.
The Site is informational only. It is not a tool for delivering clinical services, and no clinical services are provided through the Site.
Nothing on this Site constitutes psychotherapy, mental health treatment, counseling, a diagnosis, or the formation of a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship is established only through the execution of a written informed consent and treatment agreement, and only after both parties have mutually agreed to proceed.
Browsing this Site, submitting a consultation request, exchanging emails, or scheduling a call does not create a therapist-client relationship.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner but do not guarantee any specific response time.
