What's Included
01
Weekly one-on-one sessions tailored to your life as a founder. We work on what's actually in the way: anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, relationship stress, or the particular loneliness of being the one in charge.
This isn't coaching or productivity advice. It's deeper work designed to create lasting change in how you think, operate, and show up.
02
Structured therapy for co-founding teams experiencing tension, communication breakdown, or a breakdown in trust. Co-founder conflict is one of the leading causes of startup failure — this is targeted work to address it directly.
Sessions focus on what's breaking down, whether the partnership can be repaired, and how to move forward — together or separately — without it taking down the company.
I am a private pay therapist and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients use out-of-network benefits through their insurer to get partial reimbursement. I provide a superbill on request.
Therapy sessions are typically an eligible FSA/HSA expense. Check with your plan administrator to confirm coverage before your first session.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. I'm happy to provide one before we begin.
