I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) specializing in therapy for founders, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals. My practice is built around the specific pressures that come with building something from nothing: the isolation, the identity shifts, the relationships strained by the weight of it.

I work with clients in person in San Francisco's Financial District and via telehealth throughout California, Minnesota, and New York. Many of my clients are immigrants or first-generation professionals navigating the startup world and American professional culture simultaneously.

Before practicing independently, I trained across clinical settings in the Bay Area. I believe in direct, thoughtful work, no jargon, no generic frameworks. Just honest, focused therapy tailored to where you actually are.
